These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 786xp ("786xp," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 786xp online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 786xp.pro and any related mobile or web applications operated under the 786xp brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any 786xp service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use 786xp services.

These Terms should be read alongside the 786xp Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 786xp.

Access to and use of 786xp is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 786xp applies a 21+ minimum age policy without exception. This is a strict eligibility threshold and not a guideline.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 786xp or any of its affiliated technology, payments, or game supply partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on 786xp or any affiliated platform.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features on 786xp, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functional email address, and your date of birth.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 786xp account at any given time. The Platform defines "same individual" broadly and uses CNIC numbers, mobile numbers, device fingerprints, payment method details, and IP address history to identify duplicate registrations. Maintaining more than one account is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your 786xp account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or linked payment account — you must update your profile or notify 786xp Support via Live Chat without delay.

• Providing false registration information, including a fictitious name, borrowed CNIC details, or a mobile number registered to another person, constitutes fraud and grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• 786xp reserves the right to require additional identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, not only at initial registration.
• Account credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

786xp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processor transfers are accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit imposed by 786xp, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 786xp wallet balance in real time following payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to standard inter-bank processing times and may take up to 2 hours to reflect during non-banking hours.
• 786xp does not accept deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are a violation of these Terms and will result in transaction reversal and potential account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts with pending verification documents may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 786xp account.
• Verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1 to 4 business banking hours.
• 786xp reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are made within 24 hours of a large deposit, or display patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Any winnings generated through bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full Bonus Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards issued by 786xp are subject to these general conditions unless a specific promotional page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who have satisfied all KYC and verification requirements at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• 786xp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your 786xp wallet. Real money bets are placed first by default before bonus funds are drawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus bets must meet a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in each individual bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

786xp actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; using bonus funds primarily on games that contribute minimally to wagering requirements. Detection of bonus abuse results in forfeiture of the bonus balance, cancellation of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

786xp reserves the right to accept, decline, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. All bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports are subject to real-time suspension and price changes. A bet is confirmed only when 786xp issues a Bet ID and the transaction is reflected in your bet history. In-play markets may be suspended without notice due to match events, and any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.

6.3 Match Voidance & Abandonment

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or declared void by 786xp's trading team, all affected bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (even money) and original stakes returned to player wallets. PSL matches abandoned due to weather or security reasons follow the same voidance policy.

• 786xp's decision on the settlement of any bet is final and binding subject to the right of the Player to raise a formal dispute through the Support channel.
• Maximum winning amounts per single event and per player per day are subject to 786xp's liability limits, which are applied at the platform's discretion.
• Any bet placed after an event outcome has already been determined — including bets placed as a result of delayed score feeds — will be voided upon detection.

All casino games available on 786xp — including slots, live dealer table games, instant win titles, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms streamed in real time from professional studios.

• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to read individual game rules before wagering real PKR.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or server error that interrupts a game round, 786xp's system logs constitute the definitive record of the game state. Interrupted rounds are resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's published malfunction policy.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot games display real-time prize pool values that are funded by a percentage of stakes across the entire player network. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is credited.
• 786xp does not manipulate, alter, or interfere with any certified game outcome. Game integrity is independently audited by the certifying testing laboratory of the applicable game studio.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786xp and constitute material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment accounts.
2. Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
3. Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player format to gain a shared advantage at the expense of the platform or non-colluding players.
4. Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration, KYC, or any verification process.
5. Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of or as an agent for any third party.
6. Exploiting any software bug, technical error, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability. Any winnings generated through knowingly exploited errors will be voided.
7. Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information-based sports betting.
8. Using the 786xp platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 786xp support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
10. Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under local law while misrepresenting your location via VPN or proxy.

786xp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming age verification requirements. All players must complete KYC before being eligible to make withdrawals.

9.1 Required Documents

• Primary ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Selfie Verification: A current selfie photograph holding your CNIC alongside your face, used to confirm that the account holder is the person named on the document.

9.2 Enhanced Due Diligence

786xp may request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, bank statements, or supplementary identity documents, where account activity triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 786xp Support may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

786xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit or upon formal request by 786xp.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a court-ordered exclusion.
• Confirmed access by a person under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following 30 days' written notice sent to the registered email address.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, 786xp's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 786xp is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device incompatibilities, or third-party payment provider outages.
• 786xp does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance periods and emergency downtime may affect service availability.
• Gambling involves inherent risk. 786xp does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or specific outcomes from any game or bet placed on the platform. Players assume sole responsibility for their wagering decisions.
• 786xp accepts no liability for any emotional distress, psychological harm, or financial consequences arising from problem gambling activity. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are urged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or contact our 24/7 support team.

786xp is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible from every account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that you set yourself. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configurable notifications that remind you of elapsed play time and net session result at regular intervals during active gambling sessions.

786xp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account on 786xp, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Stored personal data is held in secured environments with access controls limited to authorised personnel only. 786xp does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

786xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 786xp will notify registered players via email to the address held on their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes may be made without individual notification.

Continued use of 786xp following the publication of updated Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 10. Any bets or game sessions in progress at the time of a Terms update are settled under the Terms in force at the point the bet or session was initiated.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 786xp operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of 786xp services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. First Step — Player Support: Contact 786xp Live Chat Support (available 24/7) and submit a formal written complaint outlining the nature of the dispute. 786xp will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 5 business days.
2. Second Step — Escalated Review: If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Support level, the Player may request escalation to 786xp's compliance team by emailing [email protected]. The compliance team will issue a final position letter within 14 business days.
3. Third Step — Dispute Resolution: If the final position is not acceptable to the Player, the dispute may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified in 786xp's licensing documentation.

English shall be the governing language of these Terms and of any dispute resolution proceedings. Where these Terms are translated into Urdu or any other language for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
